Finito Brand LLC was established in Yuma, Arizona on April 14, 2023; as a marketing and consulting company. Believing that sports, apparel, and accessories are sustainable vehicles for a scalable business.

Finito Brand applied for trademarks for the "Crim head" logo and the Yuma Criminals in the same year. Both are registered with the USPTO on December 16, 2025 and December 23, 2025 respectively.

Many alumni of Yuma High School (AZ) and citizens in the Yuma community may oppose the decision the USPTO, but the trademarks were legally obtained and with good intentions. Finito Brand secured these assets is to help teams, clubs, schools, nonprofit organizations, athletes, teachers, and select individuals raise needed funding. First at Yuma High School and then in the Yuma (AZ) community.

Several attempts have been made since 2006 to work with governing bodies and media outlets to share ways to get the members of the community to work together. All of these suggestions have been deflected or ignored. Finito Brand is now in a position to implement aforementioned proposals.

By owning the trademarks, Finito Brand has the right to stop the community from using Yuma Criminals and the "Crim head" logo on apparel, uniforms, and other items; including Yuma High School. Instead, we have plans to work with the school, community, alumni, and fans to maximize benefits of our iconic symbols.
